When I started this adventure it was just me and Archer selling seafood out of coolers on a trailer. I wanted to start a business I could grow with my son by my side where he could learn how to become a successful young adult.
​
Since then we have been traveling to farmers markets all over two counties and have met so many great people along the way.
It has been a pleasure to watch my son grow with me. At only 10 years old this little dude successfully completed the State Food Handlers Certification and passed with a 90%. We're not sure, but he's probably the youngest in the state to have completed the test. We couldn't be more proud of him!
